This little slice of heaven is owned by Cassie O’Schreiner (Cassie Nicole Photography & Design) and her family. Southmeade Farms was literally the best spot in the world for this styled shoot hosted by Infinity Bridal Boutique located in Bay City. It was a pleasure to be invited to this amazing event!

Styled shoots are just that - Styled! Usually, this means you need to get a team together to help style it up.
Our team for this was AMAZING!
We styled a bridal party with smoke bombs, a bride with henna and a horse, our grooms, and the ultimate Rapunzel bride swinging from a tree.
If you’re not new to this, you know that’s a heck of a lot of models!
I am so so so happy to be sharing the photos I captured from that day at Southmeade Farms.

Britney from Infinity Bridal is wearing the Panama hat, pinning the dress for our bride. I think the sleeve was just a little too long for our model. And Megan from Hair By Megan Phillips is attentively prepping our brides and bridesmaids before shooting. She was the bridal stylist on site. Kaitlyn the Traveling Artist

and Gus, the horse. He was beautiful. He had one eye, was a little scared, but still let me pet him.
An absolute pleasure photographing him alongside our bride Kaitlyn, who is wearing a Lillian West Dress. Kaitlyn is a traveling artist, doing henna and makeup. She also owns Ocean Jasper Wellness.

Oh Hi, That’s Me!

I asked Ariana to come with me to this styled shoot.
For those who don’t know Ariana, she is one of my second shooters for weddings!
Peep her jeep in the background Lolll, oh also I was a sweaty mess so that’s what that looks like.
If you’ve ever seen or met me on the dance floor at a wedding you already know what’s up — okay, moving on!

Nolan & Ryan

Nolan and Ryan are planning to get married very soon! (I forgot the date, but they have a date. It’s really close. This year I think lol anyway!), and this was perfect practice leading up to the real deal! They are wearing gorgeous vests and matching dress pants from Jims Formalwear. Boutonnieres done by Sweet Beets Floral. And can I mention the ring? Because I’m kind of in love with black wedding rings, and I believe it’s a tungsten band he has on which is stunning.
It was cute how they helped us remember their names. Nolan mentioned this baseball player he grew up watching. Super great, won championships. & now, Nolan found his Ryan!! I’m not sure what this means baseball wise, but I think that’s pretty lucky in terms of.. well, luck!

Selena Ashley Design

Selena Ashley is wearing a Justin Alexander dress and was styled by Jenna Schluckbier (@jennanicoleschluckbier) and Megan Phillips (@hairbymeganphillips). Selena has a full shop of stickers, cards, shirts, hand painted jackets, you name it… this girl is an amazing calligrapher/artist! For weddings I would definitely recommend her for table numbers, menus, invitations; she has a talent! Follow her @selenaashley_designs
